I had to return a cable because it just wasn’t right for my setup, moon Audio made it way easier than I expected. I know returns can be a hassle with some places, but that wasn’t the case here. They gave me clear steps, replied quickly, and didn’t make me feel like I had to defend why I was sending it back.
I also asked about the warranty on another item, and they explained everything in normal, plain language. It didn’t feel like some generic copy-and-paste response, which I appreciated. People can say what they want, but my experience with them was helpful and straightforward, and I’d buy from them again.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this cable actually feels solid and the sound comes through really clean, with no weird buzzing or dropouts or anything like that, so I just plugged it in and it worked exactly the way I hoped it would.

I was able to find what I needed in the end, so I guess the site works fine. But at the same time, the menus felt a little confusing and not super intuitive. It’s not terrible, and I wouldn’t say it’s bad overall, but it definitely felt clunky while I was using it
